Nice weekend

My weekend was pretty nice. We didn't do anything different or exciting, it was just nice and relaxing. Friday night my mother came over to watch Lilian while my husband and I went out to eat. We went to a really nice restaurant, I got a $12 glass of Pinot Noir , that was awesome. Then last night, I made soft and hard tacos and we watched a comedy, it was fun.
Today Lilian and I are going to go all over town. I am getting Jace a gift and card, not really for fathers day, but he has been doing so much work around our new house and he is such a great father to Lily even though he is so busy. I'm getting him a collage picture frame for some picture of him and Lily, I buying Lily some finger paint to make a picture for Jace and a card that I'm going to word as if Lily wrote in it for him. I hope he enjoys it.
On a differnt note Lilian officially knows how to clap, it's so stinking adorable. When she does it, she gets so proud of herself, it's too cute. So far she knows how to clap when you ask her to and she knows how to give 'high fives' when you ask also. I'm in the process of teaching her 'bye bye' and waving. We'll see how that goes. Also, over the weekend, we learned that Lily is absolutely terriefied of my husband and I's singing. Here is the story. All three of us were on the couch watching T.V when this beer comercial comes on with a older rap song that was pretty popular and well known. Well Jace and I started singing it, jokingly, well Lily got what we call her "w" face on (example of the "w" face is below,don't mind my finger pointing, I think the face is hilarious) I guess our singing scares her.
So now everytime we sing that song, she puts on her "w" face, even if she's in the middle of laughing, it comes out. I'll have to post a video of it for you guys to see, we taped her last night clapping and then my husband starts singing and out come the "w". HAH. Babies are hilarious. Well Lilian is cring so I got to go.
