Picnic, HERE WE COME!

Lilian is a walking pro now, and we are going to a picnic this afternoon, Lilian is going to have so much fun. The weather is awesome outside, there will be food and friends.
So back to Lilian being a walking pro.
Before, Lili would walk several steps to her destination and slam into whatever she was trying to get to, but now, she can walk, and walk, and walk. She can bend over and pick something up without falling and turn around, no problem. I am amazed and thrilled about my little marathon goer, but I'm also exhausted.
Jace and I went to a store yesterday evening to get a few small things, with Lili in tow of course. Well it was a little late for Lili so she was understandabley crumpy. She didn't want to be a cart, nor did she want to be held. So on the floor she went, walking that is. I didn't put shoes on her, only socks, oh well, she wanted to walk, whatever. Anyways, as I was looking for a particular product, I see in my perifular vision Lilian walking away. It didn't bother me, because, well she is a new walker, how fast can she go? Pretty dang fast man. In a blink of an eye, she was in the freezer section with a bag of hair rollers in her hands, hilarious. How ghetto we must have looked. I'm chasing a baby at the market that is wearing no shoes, only socks, running in the freezer section with a bag of hair rollers ((sigh)).
I let her continue to hold on the the hair rollers, as long as she followed me. Yeah, she followed me alright. I took her into the hair care section, she proceeded to stick one arm out and walk down the aisle trying to knock all the shampoo bottles down. She didn't succeed thank goodness. Then, she saw a chance to run for the freezer section again, giggling all the while, it was too cute, oh, still holder hair rollers. So finally we went to check out, a small box of candy caught her eye. She carefully walked over to it, carefully put her hand on it, and it fell. She looked at me like "Mom, I swear I didn't mean it." I scooped her and the candy up.....it was time to leave.

Since my camera is still ( yes, STILL) in the process of repair, I have to take pictures with my phone of her walking skill at the park today, so I can show her off. HAHA.
